Our clients’ security is our top priority. All Wayel products are tested and approved in accordance with all the security standards and applicable law. Nevertheless, we experienced a potential epidemic flaw, which requires an internal reworking.

Therefore, Wayel has started a recall campaign for Battery INNER TUBE SYR FIVE 12,8Ah 48V 617Wh c.EVE WBATSY48V614WHCE, asking its clients to bring back their batteries to the dealers, where the purchase has been made. The dealers will then take care of the shipment back and forth to Wayel for the necessary reworking.
